Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

My autistic daughter went in today to get a snack. She saw a sign that said toastie and coffees £5.99 and tried to order that. The server showed her the toasties without explaining that the deal only applies to the ordinary toasties, so she ended up having to pay £9. She struggles to even get out her words and practices them in advance so she wasn't able to ask for clarification. Either cold or too hot poor for Costa used to be good. A birthday gift card wasted. I had to spend a few hours today at Costa based in Tesco Billingham. The food and drink I bought were good. But the staff were fantastic.
