Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Came in Wednesday morning the service was fine I was served by a polite young blond lady but the coffee wasn't very nice the coffee was made by a girl with brown hair in a pony tail wearing glasses unfortunately I have to leave this bad review only because when the coffee is made by her it isn't nice at all the coffee I order tasted like cardboard and every time I come in to order coffee I always get asked if I want cream and the sauce on the top where as with this girl I have never been asked once I usually have to ask but am getting fed up with the poor tasting coffee always from the same member of staff everyone else's who makes my coffee is absolute fantastic it's a shame that there's only one member of staff that fails to meet standers and hardly ever smiles and usually sighs when the coffee is...

Quite unpleasant. Asked for a strawberry frappe thing, the nice lady misheard me and gave me blueberry. It tasted nice, but wasn't what I'd asked for. Took it back within 30 seconds and was served by a different lady. I asked her if they had any vacancies and was given a shameless up-and-down scope before being told "Nah". Was given a replacement "strawberry" frappe which was basically milk, ice and cream with a tiny dash of strawberry syrup. I explained that it wasn't a strawberry milkshake and I didn't want to drink cold milk and cream. Was not offered any recompense or an apology. I love this costa.for many reasons. Firstly their variety of chairs. Sometimes I want to just relax. Not many costas have comfy chairs to sit back in. The photo shows the ones I love and they have a different variety. I habe never not had a good chair coming here. Secondly their staff. They just seem happier than other costa workers. They also know their coffee. They really care about your experience. It is also situated on a lovely little village road with a few charity shops, boutique, nail bar, and grocery shops.
