Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Easy parking and free of charge. Decent size with reasonable choices (unless you are counting calories). On the NEGATIVE side they have the air conditioning on and this means some people won't stay as it's too cold. Others sit in big coats. Staff leave the back door open because they are feeling hot (they are working in a hot food cooking area) but they don't pay attention to how the CUSTOMER FEELS. Shame as this could be so much better with some customer care. Costa themselves don't help as they won't spend money on blinds which means customers sitting near the window are struggling with the glare of the sun. They have installed blinds in the Staff area where they are suffering with the same issue but customers are obviously not...

Came here two days ago with my 7 month old for a quick drink whilst we had some downtime. Upon arrival, the worker who was cleaning tables opened the door for me to get my pram in which is always helpful to a mum with her hands full!

Drink was lovely, and they offered to bring it to my table for me. Finally, the other worker behind the counter also offered to open the door from me on my way out despite that he was nowhere near the door. Yang man who work in Costa so so rood. We forget expensive mobile phone there and when we call him for help ..his bean very rood on a phone, 2d time put phone away and keep us on a line and 3d time nasty say buy...People like him should not Work public places like this if he can't be polit and even not try to help. I did tell him I will complain to his boss but he just shut the phone down. We pay for taxi £15 to get back to Costa. ..but can be end nice way if he help us frendly way in first place.I will be think next time do I like go...
