I recently dined at KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road on 23-6-2023 and unfortunately, my visit was marred by a series of disappointments. I feel it is important to share my experience with others to provide an honest assessment. The main point of dissatisfaction stemmed from the service provided by the staff. When we politely requested some ketchup and mayo to accompany our order of Mighty Bucket Chicken and chicken wings, we were met with a dismissive response from the main attendant, who informed us that she was unable to fulfill our request. This lack of flexibility and the perceived rudeness in her demeanor left a negative impression on us, tarnishing the overall dining experience. Adding to our disappointment was the state of the restroom facilities. They were not maintained to an acceptable standard, appearing unclean and unpleasant. This further detracted from the atmosphere and left us questioning the overall hygiene standards of the establishment. Regrettably, based on these experiences, I find it difficult to recommend KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road as a suitable destination for a family and friends outing. The issues encountered with the service and the inadequate restroom conditions overshadowed any positive aspects that may have existed. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management of KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road. By addressing the areas of concern, such as improving customer service and maintaining cleanliness, the establishment has an opportunity to enhance the dining experience for future patrons. Overall, my visit to KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road fell short of expectations, and I encourage potential visitors to consider other alternatives for a more enjoyable...
Read moreI would like to score zero but doesnât look like an option. This place is bad, I saw at the counter chips and burgers in the heater left there and hoped they were not going to serve them to us, who wants old and cold food, as paying customers we all deserve fresh and hot! I got 4 burgers and some wings and chips, the chips were stone cold one burger had a stale bap and the burgers were all warm-ish and dried up. I complained about the bun and chips but instead of giving me new fresh food they Just put the burger in a new bun and refried the same chips, I could tell immediately as they were very greasy the second time round! They couldnât serve a hot chocolate as they had run out! We were the ONLY customers in the restaurant so it wasnât even busy! The bins inside were all full up and over flowing and there were about 10 teenage staff all gossiping behind the counter! I complained again when I left about how awful it all was and (for once in my entire life) left all our rubbish on the table so they could pick it up and hopefully realise their bins were all overflowing, what an absolute disgrace and I hope you go out of business and put another restaurant there who actually care about their customers! When I had a go at the teenager all I got was a âsorryâ with no care or emotion! Never going back there again! Be careful about the parking too as the first time round, we got billed for parking there for 8 or so hours when we were only there for half an hour and had to...
Read moreShort version, two times small gravy don't equal one off large gravy. Read on for details. Ordered the February offer of a 10 piece bucket complete with 2x large gravy, 4x fries, and a bottle of drink. Once in store, I saw I was being given 4x small gravy. I asked to have 2x large gravy as the small equal about â of the large. The female staff member said, "we don't have any large." I asked for 2 extra small gravies she then stroped off behind the serving area to sort this out. In the meantime, a male member of staff brought a load of bottles and drinks cups to fill the shelves up. He plesently asked if I was being served. I said I was, but I asked him if I could have no chicken legs in my order, please. He passed the bucket to the prep area, and this was sorted. The female staff member reappeared with 2x large gravy and turtle asked the male counter staff member he explained the above, and she then pouted loudly, (if that's a thing, I know its not btw) and proceeded to wruffly unload the stack of cups and bottles of drink to get to my orange soda, (she through the packets of cups into a shelf under the counter. I can only assume she is a manager? As no other staff members challenged her behaviour. The, (younger), male staff member was very friendly and helpful, as are the staff...
