I’ve taken my Grandad to The Hungary One here in Ferndown a few times now, and once again today we had an absolutely brilliant breakfast to kick-start our day💪We both went for the medium-sized brekkie with a latte, and it hit the spot perfectly!
One of the things I really love about this place is the choice of portion sizes...a small, medium or large, which you don’t often see elsewhere. It’s great to have that flexibility depending on how hungry you are!
Our breakfasts were delicious as always, and the service was just as lovely. It was friendly, quick and welcoming. We’ve noticed they also serve fish and chips, so we’re already planning to come back and give that a try.

Read moreA wonderful place that we found by accident. We simply wanted a good cup of coffee and to relax. The young lady who served us in the Hungry One welcomed us with a genuine smile. She smiled and charmed everyone who entered, she knew the names of many of her elderly customers and looked after every one as individuals. We decided to have lunch. Read moreIt's a sad time when you have to leave a review due to unwarranted bad service from the gent at this place. Arrived to place an order at at 2pm and greeted with nothing but bad attitude because he decided he wanted to close earlier than advertised. Totally undeserved to be greeted with 'does it look like we're open' shame really, we massively rate it here and been a few times but that has completely put us off ever coming back. An apology is owed, there is no room for arrogant/rude people, especially local business owners....
