Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Came in this morning for a mac and cheese got it snatched off me to put in the oven then taking other people’s orders while I’m still standing there then came back to me to pay and they have tried to charge me for mine and a lady’s drink because they aren’t paying attention and are rushing about even through it was slow and there was 2 of us. I’m now waiting for the mac and cheese and as this is happening one server is asking a lady do you want sprinkles and she was older she might have not heard him so he then turned to his colleague to talk about her that I find rude and inattentive I come here a lot and always have a problem with the 2 people that was working today all the other staff are lovely if they clearly don’t like the job why are they still there...

Very rarely use this Costa unless I'm using the nearby train station but it's always a pleasure to have a coffee here. Last went here on a Saturday morning and the young gentleman taking the orders is an absolute asset to your company (polite, friendly and a huge smile on his face). I'm absolutely kicking myself that I didn't take note of his name as he deserves a huge thank you. I always have a mocha and whoever makes the drink always makes it absolutely perfect. Delightful store with dining inside...

A basic Costa coffee shop, we had Aaron serving us this morning, and it seems a real hardship, rushing us in ordering and when asked him about the Costa card his voice tone was rude and loud ,being really bothered for asking , like we were meant to know the answer already. Also rushing the new trainee in placing the order in the system, even if there was no one else waiting , making us uncomfortable. Poor...
