Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Worst staffs in Grays high street costa. . Costa lakeside has very pleasant staffs and clean. Grays high street costa one of the staff was standing doing nothing inside the till. There was long queue. When we are running in the lunch break time, if they are not fast it’s difficult. When I asked the lady to warm up the sandwich while I’m waiting in the queue to pay, she stilll wanted to chill and stand there doing nothing. Went here for breakfast as I live close by. Got my usual Fudge Brownie Frappuccino and food bits and when I went to the till I was greeted by a cheerful young lady who was keen to take my order. Once I had sat down and tried my drink, I realised this was the best version of my favourite drink I'd ever had...perfect amount of everything and wonderful presentation too. Super happy experience, lovely customer service and exceptional drink-making...what more could you need from a Costa?! Huge thank you and well...

9 times out of 10 I do go in Costa for my coffee and tost ..staff lovely(hence the stars) and food not bad. But I go in three today when it opens to order my coffee and toast only to find the machine is still in the order of warming up still and will take 20 minutes before my tost will be put through ???? I work around Costa them shall I ?...Ive got nothing better to do.. ??? ..this has never happened to when Costa has open the doors ... And I e being go there for...
