KFC Grays Thurrock - High Street — Restaurant in England

Remember why I don’t use this KFC Grays. Stood waiting to be served until I asked if anybody was serving. Should have realised when the customer already there got the hump my experience wasn’t going to be any better. Got served at 9:55 got back in my car parked right outside at 10:10, 15 minutes, the only customer in there at the time, to walk away very unhappy, having stood there listening to the staff talking about ghosting each other or in my case the customer. Order hot wings when questioned where they were was told I hadn’t order them, then the cashier came over and said I had but she hadn’t rung them up. At this point I asked to see a manger ( good image, love bits) who just said oh our mistake. No apology, just do you want them, she then ring them up asked for my blue light card, then said you can’t use that they’re already discounted, At which point I walked out. Compared to gardeners lane KFC where I could not talk highly enough about how professional they were and how helpful they were the other weekend when I went in the and had a problem with my blue light card. This place is great, but the other customers ruin it, customers fighting in shop disrespecting the staff, vandalising the shop and doing illegal things in their toilets its not the employees who have gone down hill but the quality of the customers has gone down instead, no pleases or thnakyous from any customers when I went in, the place was clean, the service was fast and the food was great, but other customers not so great, I wouldn't recommend leaving your child unattended in the toilets cause I don't feel like the other people who go to eat there make it safe and I can see that sometimes the staff don't feel safe as some customers are very rude and aggressive, but the staff are great kind hearted people who do actually care for their customer loyalty and always want to provide a great experience, just a shame that other people ruin it like everything else kfc 10/10 customers - 1/10...

I recently visited the KFC in Grays, and overall, it was a good experience.

The staff were polite and efficient, handling the order quite quickly even though it was a bit busy. The restaurant was clean, with enough seating and a decent atmosphere for a quick meal. I appreciated that the tables were being cleaned regularly, which made the space feel more comfortable.

As for the food – it met the usual KFC standard. The chicken was crispy and hot, and the chips were fresh. I ordered a Zinger Box Meal, and everything tasted as expected. However, Today, I had the pleasure of observing a very well-mannered young man kindly assisting customers by opening and closing the door. I truly appreciated his exemplary behavior and outstanding...
