Yum Yum Grill ( Grays ) — Restaurant in Great Britain

I normally get briyani and samosa chat in East London but as this restaurant had some and I live in the area I thought I will try it. It was the first time I eat here. I got the samosa chat and chicken briyani for takeaway but the briyani was being layered in front of me with ready made chicken curry. It tasted ok. I didn’t get to see the samosa chat being prepared as I was called to pay for the food at the till. The takeaway menu was not changed and I was charged a new price. When I enquired I was told that they haven’t changed the price on the menu. I paid the new price although I wasn’t happy with it. Took my food home and found that the samosa chat didn’t have any chick pea curry which is obvious not chat without it. I was not happy with the service and food and I wouldn’t go there again. Hey guys, this is a new place in town, Kebabish In Grays Town centre Thurrock in Essex, I’ve been to a few in the past, in London but this one is a upgrade franchise, these pics are from my first experience, all I can say is WOW, the food was delicious and very tasty it exceeded my expectations, and the staff are always extremely professional and friendly, Tip - try their mango lassie you won’t be disappointed, I’ve since been back and they have introduced a lunch time special at a good price where you get a curry, Nan or rice with a soft drink which is a good deal and value for money! We bought 1 chicken curry, 1 lamb curry, a mix large grill, 4 naans and some pakoras. If I'm honest the mix grill was £14 pound had 3 wings , couple of pieces of chicken, 1 chop and 1 kebab . This was not enough value you for money. I bought butter naans, however their was no butter on the naans just a little drizzle. Finally the lamb and chicken curry had the same taste as the gravy used for both curries were exact the same.

In my humble opinion I was really excited about this restaurant opening in grays however the portion sizes not being value for money and taste being very basic has fizzle the excitement. I really hope that they turn it as we are in need of a authentic Pakistani...
