Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

We came for a brew and a bite to eat. Fin serving on the till was lovely! Can't fault him one bit. Main issue with our visit was the fact that my dad had to leave due to the dust flying around due to the floor being brushed around us! My dad's on oxygen and the dust was getting on his chest. Working in hospitality for many years myself I would know not to sweep up around people eating and especially if I could see they had breathing equipment. The cups were disgusting a full of coffee dust and green debris. Overall quite disappointed, we come to costa quite often and I'm afraid we won't be coming again unless things improve. Very disappointing when it takes so much to convince my dad to leave the house, spoilt...

The little girl with the red hair was lovely but the larger blond lady making the coffees was just downright rude! Never raised a smile for a single customer and looked at me like dirt on her shoe when I came back to the counter to ask for a napkin! If she doesn’t want people to ask for them perhaps she should supply one when she hands out the coffee. First bad Costa experience ever!! She needs some training in how to speak...

wonderful happy friendly service better than the one on Winwick Road with a the rudee barista so nice. where very busy but did well one cleaning as he goes while thee other two were taking and preparing orders the gent making the drinks was a warm hearted assett having a delightful tone like he didn't have a care in the world woman was lovely and so delightful...
