If I could give the customer service in this place less than 1 star I would. On the 11th May my Dad and I visited here at around 7:40pm. I work in hospitality and understand that customers coming in right before closing can be very irritating, however we entered 20 minutes before the store closed. If it was too much trouble, we would of preferred to have been told to try somewhere else for food instead of being given the poor, rude customer service the man behind the counter gave us. My Dad and I havenât been to subway in a while so when we arrived we were reading the menu for a couple of minutes. The man that served us on our visit made both me and my Dad feel extremely uncomfortable. He was abrupt and passive aggressive.    Read moreAfter going through the tedious process of making a full footlong and a kids sandwich, I got to the till to be told the free kids meal offer only works with the subway app. I haven't got the app installed on my phone and the phone reception in the shop is really poor to install the app. I was advised by Bradley and Peter to go by the window and install the app while other customers were waiting in the queue. I had another look at the free kids meal offer sticker in the shop window and it doesn't say anywhere you need the app to access the offer (not even on the small print nor subway website-see photo attached).When I challenged this, they insisted I need the app even though it doesn't say on the advert, because these are the rules. I then turned down the order and left. Really disappointing service as they didn't even try to resolve the issue. Fair enough it was busy but staff donât seem to know what they are doing. Maybe some training needed? She then found the receipt and started to make them slowly. Assumed Iâd be given the right sandwiches and headed off. When I got back to work and opened them was greeted with one correct sandwich and then this mess. See picture.
