The Planet Coffee — Restaurant in England

This was the first time I’ve ever been to Warrington/Birchwood. I was up from Wolverhampton with my mate Kev on business and we were very starving after the journey up and wanted to find a bite to eat. I walk into the birchwood shopping centre expecting a Greggs or some fast food outlet but I see planet coffee house. It stuck out like a sore thumb and it was exactly what I needed. Seeing it was my first time I opted for the planet breakfast. I swapped out the hash brown for a sausage and the planet breakfast comes with freshly buttered toast and a lovely coffee and in my opinion a bargain for £8. I wish we had planet coffee in Wolverhampton! My mate Kev had a create your own breakfast, 5 items for £6.50 which again includes a coffee. Me and Kev were really impressed by the food, the coffee and especially the staff. Very kind and helpful and whoever manages this establishment must be doing very well for themselves. Hopefully I can ask my boss in Wolves to send me up to birchwood and Warrington again in the future. Will definitely visit...

Vegan Burger :- replying to 1 star review ,unfortunately the girl on the till got confused when asked about the vegan brioche bun and asked chef if there was dairy in ' brioche ' not mentioning vegan Brioche, We would not advertise vegan burger if it was not 100% vegan , the "feeling " that chilli jam had pork geletine was way out ,, it's pectin and this could have been cleared up.by asking ,again we would not advertise something that is vegan if it wasn't, Apologies for mix up with the bun situation but as advertised our vegan burger is served on a vegan friendly dairy free bun same as the vegan cheese advertised is vegan cheese and dairy free , we are trying hard to accommodate and again apologise for the mix up but can assure everyone our vegan burger is...

I agree with you Eve Smith...i ordered a roast dinner and asked if i could have chips instead of potatoes with skin on...she did not understand i had to repeat myself 3 times...in the end i said can i just have chips and a cup of tea please thinking she must surely understand that...nope she looked at me as if i was from mars...had to repeat myself again 3 times...she went off mumbling in her language to the other staff...then after we sat down ten minutes later one staff member grabs my husbands mug places it in the middle of his half eaten chips and said finished then yes before we could even answer...Will not...
