Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I was very excited by the ad at Costa Coffee in Parkway Station for a Feta Salad Bowl. I queued up and was told to go to the non Costa restaurant upstairs as the till was broken. I said I wanted a Costa coffee and the Feta Salad bowl not the Upper Crust sandwiches upstairs. I was then briskly told I’d have to wait 10 minutes while the till was rebooted. The reboot took 2 minutes. The Feta Salad Bowl I was gruffly told was in the display case. Nope. Nor was it in the fridge. They’d run out. No apology. Take it or leave it. I agree very much with reviewer S. of a year ago. And yes excellent efficient keen staff here. Excellent to find at the Station, Bristol Parkway railway, and in its foyer.
