Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I'm a regular at this Costa location – it's my go-to spot every week for my much-needed caffeine fix. What truly keeps me coming back is the incredible service from Emma. She's consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care about her customers. Her coffee is always spot on, and she brings a great energy to the store. If anyone deserves to be running the place, it's her!

That said, the overall experience can sometimes be a little hit-or-miss when Emma’s not around. On a few occasions, the store has closed early or felt a bit less inviting, especially when it’s being run by the other team members. It’s been disappointing to overhear complaints about staffing – especially when the shop isn’t particularly busy.

Still, Emma’s professionalism and friendliness are what shine through, and she’s the reason I’m happy to leave a 5-star review. She really is the heart...

This is by far the best Costa I’ve been to. I like taking my young daughter on little coffee dates and she loves Costa-it doesn’t matter which costa, to her they’re all the same but after the incredible service and amazing staff this morning from 2 lovely young women, this is now our usual coffee spot.
