Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

recently visited the Costa Coffee at Foresters Park Centre on Sinfin Lane, Derby (DE23 8AG), with my young daughter. While she was calmly walking around, a staff member addressed me in a very rude and unprofessional manner, instructing me to control her. I understand the importance of maintaining order, but the approach taken was unnecessarily harsh and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Costa Coffee is known for being a family-friendly environment, and I expected a more respectful interaction. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service...

Food was good asked for salt and pepper sachets for my meal but was told by the staff they had never seen or or heard of salt and pepper in their Costa shop and that I should go across to the KFC and ask them fir so instead , Shocking terrible and so so!! Unprofessional! Will not be going back again , will be now be going...

First visit to this store today, I had to get my coffee remade, it was tangy for some reason. The staff obliged and it tasted spot on. Also had a tasty muffin. The store was clean and when used pots were left on tables they were quickly moved. Nice store but the customers didn't seem...
