As an expat I returned home to my local Costa, disappointed with my regular latte as it was cold and weak in strength, bearing in mind I'm neither an asbestos mouth (pardon the pun) nor a strong coffee drinker but do have the privilege of being in the company of other coffee drinkers from countries around the world where coffee is the main beverage and drank purely be it real coffee with a Turkish, Colombian, Ethiopian, Arab or Italian friend. So I do know my coffee well enough to comment. On a plus note the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I'm sure had I kot been in a hurry to go off elsewhere to a dinner invite later that evening of I had mentioned this to the staff they may have disagreed with me thinking what does she know about coffee this little British bormIndian or Pakistani lady with a headscarf but we'll offer her an apology and explain your the first person to have ever had an issue with our coffee, we're a franchise so how can our coffee be different. Or they may have offered another warmer and stronger cup. Who knows what the staff may have done or thought. Its clean and efficient in every other area so if you dot mind (maybe it was a one off) not even such a warm cup of coffee then I'd recommend you visit this Costa and enjoy the experience. I much prefer to support my local Costa over Starbucks so I'd go to this Costa again if you really want to know if it's worth it, of course it is. I only write based on my own experience and opinion. Go check it out yourself you probably won't be...

We pointed out the bugs and the assistant scooped them out of the way but didn't change her gloves before restacking the food. It was very noisy with the very loud coffee machines so we struggled to have a conversation. The air vent below the shelf with crisps and food on it was coated in thick layers of dust. The tables needed a good clean too. There are no public toilets available in this Costa which is surprising and makes it inconvenient if you want to be there a while. The tea was good but we didn't have a snack due to the bugs putting us off. Could...
Read moreCosta in next , Young, short lady with blonde hair tied up - had a really bad experience - she was very patronising when I asked for an Americanism with no milk and my two babycinnos for my children . Then my daughter went back to order another one and she came back really upset by the way she spoke to her. She asked for a babycinno and she said ermmm yes very awkwardly . Now I can take the rude attitude towards me but not my child. It’s disgusting and you shouldn’t have such unapproachable staff working in such a public lively place. Such a...
