I stopped my membership for this very reason the barista lady was spot on very calm and organised but the "woman" prepping the food was very angry slamming cutlery down on customer tray very short with customers i was waiting paitienly to be served and I had a slight runny nose so I asked the "woman" for a tissue and she said WHAT with an angry confused stare so I asked again by then the multi tasking batista lady handed me some tissues. I believe if you don't like serving the public and you have no manners get down the job centre and look for a different job as we are the people that pay your wages in the long run and if you can't be civil don't bother if cafe nero was in the shopping arcade I would...

Hello everyone, who is a consumer of food and coffee and other things, be careful with the lack of services. I was in the area, my dog and I were going to get a coffee and a water and a very bad and aggressive lady discriminated against me. My dog spoke badly to me, she yelled at me and discriminated against me with a lot of people. I went there today with my mum. The man behind the counter did not seem interested in taking my order at all. Eye rolling, and poor service when giving me my order. Or should I say coming over to the table and throwing my food down and not saying anything or eye contact then walking off. This is the reason I don't like going Costa but my mum wanted to go as we was next door to there. He needs to get a new job and stop being so rude. It upset me. So thanks for ruining my day. Good...
