Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Good selection of snacks and as you would expect great coffee. My gripe is with the seating and the doors. The doors need to be automatic, they are heavy and if you are in a wheel chair you will never get in unless a customer opens the door for you. The staff are good don't get me wrong, but like busses they are never there when you need them due to being busy behind the counter. Seating is tight, again if you are in a motorised chair or being pushed you really have to think where you can sit in there without blocking and then the constant embarrassment of saying sorry. They need to think of people and there self-esteem which is being over looked. Won't stop going there but please get those...

Great place in the centre of town for a break a drink and a snack.

Popped in here for a coffee and tea with a close friend. I had the coffee and it was as always to Costa's perfect standard. Staff are always really friendly. The staff seem to always be extremely efficient. I've not once been in here and waited more than 1 minute, or however long it takes for my specific drink to be made. Even when there are up to 3 multiple people being served at once.

All in all. Perfect...

My first visit to Costa Coffee on Northgate in Darlington since early 2020. Due to lockdowns, COVID and two moves. I was changing buses in Darlington. So I decided to stop for some lunch and coffee.
