Retro Sweet Shop & Milkshakes — Restaurant in England

I've been coming to Retro sweets for some time now to get a sweet cooling drink after a long day's work, I've got something of a sweet tooth. The shakes are always spot on and the selection of sweets and drinks is unrivalled. The only issue here is the customer service. Naturally nobody expects service on a silver platter in a small independent shop, but even so the service here can be quite unacceptable. Today for instance, I called in to get a shake, the young lady in the shop saw me come in & she was boxing up & bagging sweets. There was no acknowledgement, no welcome, not even "ill be with you in just a moment". After about a minute or 2 later she asked if I was getting served, and she knew fine well I wasn't because she saw me enter. While being served she seemed distant, uninterested as if I'd inconvenienced, literally.

Not impressed if im honest. I have ordered before, and it was great, so I decided to place a large order, and I have been rather disappointed... multiple sweets either have been bitten off or cut off ends. For example I have recieved half of the fizzy fangs.. wheres the other half? (Not weight product, but a box selection). But what really got me is the few sweets that you can see teeth marks on them 🤢. Ill try post a picture somehow. Another thing that really disappointed me is the kinder box, I selected Large, paying £12, but when I recieved it, I literally thought I received the small box worth £6, at least the contents in this box that I received are not worth more than £6 unless you buy it in the cinema. Massively overpaid on everything, feel slightly robbed 😕 will I be ordering again? Sadly no, I think this really put me off, especially the half...

I ordered an order for 40 pound what was more or less and the nacho cheese boxes witch I got last week and thought was nice so we got four knowing fine well it come with cheese sauce sour cream and salsa now they arrived with no cheese sauces at all and when I rang up and asked why there wasn’t all I got was there isn’t any so I said well you could have rang like every other place in Darlington dose and say we have ran out of cheese sauce 40 pound...
