Completely disappointing. If you are a tourist with another skin colour, they will treat you as second class customer. Racist staff if you are exempt of wearing a face covering. They pretended I'd showed my mobile as a proof that I scanned the NHS app. This is illegal and it is a breach of the Equality Act 2010 because they asked only to us and not to all customers.
Before this episode, when it was my turn to order our coffee, a man, who was before us and who had already paid, didn't want to move on on the flow of the queue to the area were you are served. He asked me to keep the distance but he still stood in front of the till even if he had finished ordering. The girl at the till instead of asking him to move on. preferred to take my order out of the till.
I love Costa and I am a Costa card holder. I've been in almost every Costa around the whole UK and I can say that this one is the worse one.

The store is clean and tidy and the young ladies & gents that work there are always smiling and pleasant. And they do work hard and fast. And remember your drink.
The only downside is when they are busy the manager shouts a lot and is quite loud which is not what you want when you wanna catch up with a friend
Food and drink quality is what you expect and the price is ok. Some find Costa expensive but I mean you don’t go to harrods and expect to only spend a quid now do you. It’s all relative
Fully recommend The Liskeard...

What a miserable experience!
I walked into the virtually deserted restaurant, to be greeted by nothing! Not a friendly "good morning", not a glance up from the two underworked people behind the counter, not even a "I'll be with you in a moment". I was completely ignored.
Now, I'm not normally so sensitive, but when they wanted £4 for a coffee in a paper cup, I expected a little more, so I turned on my heels and left without parting with my hard earned £4, and waited till later for my morning coffee.
I...
