Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

If you're eating in the cafe the food is nice, plenty of it and is done in a decent amount of time. If you order takeaway- well, don't! I've given so many chances ordering different items for takeaway and each time disappointed. This time, I ordered an adult mac & cheese (which I've had in the cafe, a big portion, and everything there) and a kids sausage, mash & beans. As you can see, the mac & cheese portion size was a few mouthfuls, missing a piece of garlic bread and salad also missing. My child's meal was also missing the beans! You pay for a meal to only be given half the items (wasn't told things weren't in stock) and very pathetic portions compared to if you ate in the cafe is a bit of a joke! Also, despite having a 'collection' time, food was late as always. I give up ordering...

Went there today. The guy serving was as rude as anything (Kyle), not only to us but other costumers was very upsetting to see. Place wasn't very busy but the time on the wait for food was 1hour. We couldn't understand why until we watched Lee dishing out...don't think he would of moved if his....was on fire! It was painful to watch. No clear instructions on kids food and not very kid friendly either! Nor acomindating. Very disappointed to see the Cafe go down hill. Will not be going there ever again! Didn't know the head from their butt's! My children were shocked at their behaviour too. I'd gove ZERO...

I often pop in to this cafe after a shop with my mum .The food is ok but I think that's because they are rushed off their feet here.not enough staff .but they work hard to provide you with a good quality meal.The prices are very reasonable to .When the coffee machines are working they are great and serve nice coffee and teas. I think a better range of sandwiches would be an idea .The range of hot food is very good but improvement needs to be made.its a shame that the staff are in such short supply , but they are pleasant and helpful.Great cakes and doughnuts and the tea is always a great cuppa!!!...
