Daventry Kebab House — Restaurant in England

I usually like the food from here but this is about their staff, last night we received some food from here the driver didn't care about who he was giving the food to he just handed it over and walked off, I begin to ask around the house and it does not belong to anyone in our address, there was no menu in the bag so I just Google takeaways in Daventry and started ringing through, when it got to here, the guy was so unbelievably rude, shouting at me down the phone as if I had done something wrong, I was trying to explain that we have food that doesn't belong to us, we were trying to get it sorted and the guy kept telling me how he had spoke to me earlier and even gave me the number to the person that it did belong to. It was pretty disgusting to be a innocent bystander trying to do their jobs for them by getting the food to the correct address and honestly, the shouting was terrible I dread to thing if they had customers in their shop what they must of thought. It was disgusting on all levels. If I could rate zero just off that one...

Absolutely disgusting experience trying to order from here this evening. After ordering our food I was called from the restaurant, the signal was awful their end and I could hardly understand. They then stated I had to pay additional money to the driver on delivery which wasn't stated on justeat especially after paying a delivery charge already! whilst trying to resolve the issue the staff then informed me they will not be delivering my food and hung up on me. I called back but they completed refused to listen and told me they won't be delivering my food and hung back up on me. Completely disgusting...

First and last time I tried this food and took home to eat, chicken meat was slightly bigger chunks than what you get with mince meat and didn't taste fresh like chicken, kofte kebab I had..well the dog ate most of it which tells you something and also didn't taste fresh.
