4 big topping mistakes, bits of meat on the veggie pizza, and badly made cinnamon rolls. They added cranberry sauce to the festive pizza when we specified not to have it. They forgot to add my gherkins or burger sauce to my cheeseburger pizza (2 of the 5 main topping on said pizza). They added peppers to my friends veggie volcano which she specified to not have AND there was ground beef on her pizza despite her being a vegetarian so she couldnāt eat 2 out of the 5 slices she ordered. The cherry on the cake (or should i say BEEF on the PIZZA) was that the cinnamon rolls were badly made and only had chocolate on 3 out of 6 of them when it should be all 6!!! We are uni students and so this was a treat for us and we were left really dissatisfied and my veggie friend was hungry. Just a waste of money. As a former dominos employee myself THIS many mistakes is ridiculous, I could let one or two go but five is too many!!    Read moreI am utterly disappointed with my customer service from Winton Dominos this evening. A group and I ordered from your website at 8:15pm, totalling in £158.60. We still hadn't received our order at 9:30pm. Hence, we called the branch. The staff's advice - they 'weren't sure' what was going on and there was a 'processing issue' and to 'call customer service'. Customer service informed us that 'the order was put on hold' and they would have to 'manually process it'. Customer service confirmed there was no payment fault as they could see the money had been paid. We waited a total of 3 hours.
From my experience, this level of customer service is not acceptable. The fact that the group and I have paid a considerable amount to your company. I would expect some sort of clarity, sincerity and apology for the inconvenience. It's just not good enough considering the brand establishment and your slogan is 'We Got This'. When I asked to the female member of phone staff if I speak to management, she huffed slammed phone down on the desk and proceeded to slag me off to other members of staff (she didn't even have the audacity to press mute!) And left me waiting for 3 minutes, then came back to the phone herself, to continue with her appalling attitude towards me. This time I demanded to speak to management and when the manager materialised finally on the phone, she was just as rude!!
I will be making a formal complaint to head office/ franchisee, because I believe these 2 women should not be allowed to treat customers in this way!! It was truly shocking behaviour...
