Domino's Pizza - Chalfont St. Peter — Restaurant in England

Ordered for delivery but an hour and half later, we ended up coming here to find out the latest on our order. 2 and a half hours after we ordered, we managed to get our pizzas. They are super busy but perhaps orders should be stopped if they cannot deliver within an acceptable time frame. Disappointed that we ordered for delivery at 7:30pm, but had to collect our 4 pizzas and returned home for 10pm. A simple call to let us know that they will not be able to get to our order for a few hours would have been good. We would have cancelled the order. What an absolute shower of incompetent idiots!!! This it the second time they have let me down. Where do I begin? Ordered at half eight. It’s now half ten... still no pizza. They don’t pick up the phone. How bloody frustrating. Who is in charge of this outfit???? This happened before and I swore at the time to never go back.... Thinking about a dominos? Don't ..order a pizza hut!!!
