I placed a order for collection (2 medium pizzas and two sides) when I got home I checked and the pizzas were completely wrong. I rang up and was told they couldn’t send me out the correct pizzas and if I wanted what I ordered I would have to go into store. I was also told i should have checked the pizzas before making the journey home implying I was at fault. The store manager also offered me a refund but when I got to store I was told I’d have to call at 10:45pm to receive the refund (wouldn’t tell me why) when I called back at 10:45 the store manager said he couldn’t refund me tonight and I’d have to call back in the morning before 11am. When I rang this morning I was told that again it was my fault that the pizzas were wrong (sticker on box clearly stated chicken and sweetcorn but I received pepperoni, sausage and chilli) and that I’d have to call back on Wednesday next week to see if my refund has been accepted.

He rang at 7.30pm and was told it would be delivered within ten minutes. Rang again at 8.05pm to be put on hold whilst the driver rang my husband. He turned up blaming Road closures despite the fact the pizza tracker showed his direct route. The Pizzas were cold but we had to take them as our child was hungry.
