Domino's Pizza - Congleton — Restaurant in England

Store is an absolute joke! Placed an order using the 50% discount for a party of 4 which totaled £22.50. After placing the order we realized there's a standard deal for £24 offering two pizzas and two sides. I called the store explaining we did not realize that deal was available and makes more sense to go for that option; therefore, I kindly asked if I could pay the additional £2 to get the two sides in addition to the pizzas. The representative on the phone said they can't do anything to change the order now as it's 'processed through the system'. I then suggested if we process a refund and I place the order through again using the Feed 4 for 24 deal, keeping the same pizzas (not to throw them away) and just provide two sides. Again, the representative said this isn't possible and didn't even offer an apology.

So I'm sticking middle of the road with this review. Generally I've had good service and good food. Sometimes delivery is slow and pizza isn't exactly piping hot. Last order was shockingly bad! Lost my order, took half an hour to answer the phone and yes they delivered the pizza that had been sat in the shop all forgotten about. Contacted dominos over messenger and they put me through to their complaints procedure. Very speedy process, and they've given me a voucher for a large pizza and side, worth more than the messed up order I complained about. I ordered at 14:49 on Thursday. I followed the GPS on the app to see when it would arrive. I got a call from the store at 15:29 saying that my order wouldn’t arrive for another 15-20 minutes, and then the app told me to enjoy my order as it had arrived. My order arrived cold at 15:59 (30 minutes later). I made a complaint through the contact form just to be informed that it was delivered within 30 minutes which should be acceptable, completely ignoring the fact that it wasn’t actually delivered then.
