Superdrug — Local services in Great Britain

Normally i dont have a problem with Superdrug or Pharmacy, however, today i was left standing at the pharmacy counter for about 5 mins while 2 people (females) were at the top walking back and forth. Absolutely no acknowledgement I was there. I walked out and went back in with my husband to find a gentleman standing at the counter and he said he had been waiting with no acknowledgement he was there. My husband shouted hello to the two females and one said, 'I said Id be with you in a minute' 5 minutes is not a minute and no excuse to ignore people. My husband said I had walked out because i was ignored and they then sprang into action. One served the gentleman while the young girl sheepishly and quietly asked if she could help us! She was so quiet and i couldnt hear anyrhing she was saying. As i said at the beginning we have never had such treatment being ignored whilst there. Get your acts together! Customers are there for a reason not to be ignored. Never come across these two before and hope not...

My mum,sister and I were having a day out together which doesn't happen very often we came into your store today (15/12/2016 12:10) walked into the shop and was looking for a particular brand and noticed I was constantly hovered over by your extremely intimidating security guard every time I moved he moved with me and being someone who suffers with social anxiety I found it extremely uncomfortable my sister did purchase from the store and noticed that when we were leaving he was stood by the exit clearly waiting for the buzzer to go on off so he could search our bags obviously the buzzer didn't go off and we walked out on to the Main Street where we stood in a group outside the shop as my mother was clearly upset by this and the guy was looking to see what we were doing .... In the end I purchased from boots instead! I'm absolutely disgusted that anyone could be so presumptuous and intimidating that it absolutely ruined our day I shall not...

While shopping here on Wednesday this week I felt really uncomfortable, I was trying to look for the shampoo I normally buy and it took a while to find it. It didn’t help that two members of staff were filling the shelves so couldn’t get near the shampoo they were having a lovely time laughing didn’t ask if I needed any help. So then I went to look for some nail scissors couldn’t find them felt like I was being followed turned round to find a member of staff behind me who showed me where to find the scissors.
