Domino's Pizza - High Wycombe - Loudwater — Restaurant in England

We were the only customer at the time we arrived tonight at just after 6.30pm, and I asked for the best deal for 2 x large pizza and was told Buy One Get One Free.. so the bill, including an extra pot of Dip, came to just over £25. We were told to sit in the waiting area and they would call our name once it was ready. In the meantime 3 other customers arrived with large orders, and were told the best value was £9.99 for any large pizza, so they paid just under £20 for 2... so why was ours £5 more when the dip only cost £1.50? They all waited outside. We sat waiting 15 mins, but nobody called my name. We waited another 10mins and then decided to stand by the counter so they could see us. One of the staff asked if he could help us, I said we've been waiting for our pizzas, so he looked on the shelf and they were sitting there. I asked why they didn't call us but he didn't know, so I asked how long it had been sat there but he didn't know! The girl that took our order was on the phone but didn't have any eye contact with us, so I said I hoped it was still hot enough for us to eat and left feeling unimpressed by the service. It took me 5 mins to drive home and notice there wasn't much of a vegetable selection on my Veggie Supreme and after we ate 2 slices the pizza was already cold. Today was my Birthday and the first time my little Nephew has been to my home for a Movie & Pizza night for over 2 years, so this special occasion was ruined by cold bland pizza and staff who clearly can't communicate with each other even when they're not busy. Don't think I'll be going there again...

Avoid!! I've got 3 teenage boys so Domino's is normally the go to preference whenever take away is offered. However this franchise never seem to get it right... take your pick over recent years from wrong orders, wrong toppings, wrong pizzas, missing sides, missing drinks, delivery issues and most lately, almost a two hour wait with no apology, explanation or compensation. Whoever runs this place is running it so tight with staff, training and generally poorly, that quality and great service doesn't really exist. My sons are like 'ah dad, I really want domino's but Loudwater are always useless'. I personally will now avoid this place and go to PJ's or small businesses in the area who understand customer service and repeat custom, otherwise they don't survive where as this place only exists on its...

Came after work to get a pizza. The pizza was exactly as you’d expect from dominos, very tasty and the service was very quick. I ordered in the store and the young girl working there told me that she had just started and was still on her training however she was very smiley and already seemed very competent despite how busy everyone was. She was very energetic and enthusiastic and it was good to see. The pizza was delicious and I will be coming again. Not sure what’s with all the negative reviews, you can tell the store is often very busy sometimes with limited staff but they are all working hard and you can clearly see this when in the store. People are always quick to speak about anything negative but nobody will mention the positives. Keep up the good work...
