Fed up of inconsistent quality considering how long the app is showing quality checking, same old same old, instructions not read by the driver. Burnt to frazzle onions, nachos, burnt tomato sauce but hard to see or find the cheese, for £37.00 I would expect better quality food. Tried to give feedback but where the send button is they have craftily put Tip the driver button there!! Read moreAggressive driver , demanded payment before handing over delivery , struggled to form a coherent sentence ( English was his FIRST language ) asked him if he was ok as very pale and shaking his response bordered on the abusive . Rang Market Drayton Domino’s , spoke to manager , similar response to talking to a brick wall ..never have I experienced such an appalling example of how to deal with a customer complaint ..glad I am a 2m tall male built like the proverbial because if a lone female I could imagine such an experience I endured would be at best intimidating at the worst...
Read moreOrdered two pizza's, both had far too much sauce on. Rang to ask if I could have less sauce as we were scraping it off, you couldn't actually taste any toppings. Lady on the phone was very helpful and polite.
New pizza delivered, much better and very tasty, bit of an inconvenience having to wait so long but got there in the end.
Driver (lad with curly hair) was rude, didn't say anything other than the odd grunt, had the social skills of a slug but hey ho.
