Domino's Pizza - Swindon - West — Restaurant in England

Have had enough of this shop continuing 2 get my order wrong. About 3 weeks ago ordered 2 pizzas 1 of them without sauce, it took 20mins 2 arrive yes gr8. But both pizzas had sauce so phoned & complained & they sent another 1 out but that 1 took 45mins 2 get here. Contacted there head office & we got a voucher 2 use. So 2 weeks ago we tried again. This time we ordered same 2 pizzas( 1 without sauce) + we ordered a tub of ice cream. Pizzas turned up sauce on both 😡 & no ice cream at all. So phoned again & they said they would resend the order. 10 mins later the ice cream turned up & then a further 20 mins later correct pizzas turned up. I was fuming so ate my food then phoned 2 have a go at the manager about the terrible service. He told me he would put £10 back onto my card that I paid with. Did that ever turn up No. Will never use them again & would strongly suggest u don't either. Am thinking about going 2 there head office about this coz I am so disgusted in this...

I have had so many issues with this place. Had several wrong orders over the last 6 months. First time they sent completely wrong order all together, wrong pizza and wrong sides. Second time wrong wings and then 3rd time also wrong wings. The first two times I rang up and they replaced the food with the correct items. 3rd time I was told I had to send an email. When I disputed this, the lady said it had changed and had to send an email, to which I refused and said I want the food I have paid for. She handed me over to the manager who agreed to send me the correct food, although he tried to make out it was me who had placed the wrong order, even though I already told him I had double checked my order on the app and I had not. I will never order from here again. Papa John's all the way, NEVER had a wrong order and food quality is so much...

Ordering from this place is always a surprise, never a bad one tho!

My boyfriend and I will order most weekends when I come down to visit him and we'll always order two large pizzas. I'm quite picky so I generally change the sausage on my Meateor to chorizo and sometimes my boyfriend will change things around too.

99% of the time though, they'll heck up which ingredients go on which pizza but, like I said, it's generally not always an issue! Sometimes they'll accidentally put extra ingredients on, sometimes they put stuffed crust on the wrong pizza, just lil things like this.

I would give four stars, but my boyfriend has pointed out that, while it's not a major inconvenience for us, it may be for others out there so it's probably worth letting others out there know about this.
