So surprised to see some negative reviews on here. The staff are really friendly and chatty. Sometimes on a busy day you don't realise you aren't physically smiling but it does not mean they are miserable - sometimes all it takes is to ask if they have been busy today and that can start a conversation. Don't judge on a snapshot visit. If you don't smile at the staff then don't expect a smile back is what I say. As for incorrect orders - they can get mixed up anywhere you go - a polite reminder of what you ordered and they will replace it. I visit regularly because of the people that run it - always nice to hear the banter going on and listening to the background music. Such a relaxing atmosphere and like most coffee houses they have a mixture of seats from comfy to standard dining chairs - all of which are padded.
