My Dad was a member of this club for 69 years. We popped in a couple of weeks ago to leave money behind the bar so his friends could raise a glass to his memory. I've lost count of all the pensioners Christmas Parties I've attended with my Dad, games of Bingo on a Sunday morning. It is a community. Kind, friendly people. I wish I could thank everyone who cared about my Dad for so many years. I know he missed you all when he was no longer able to attend. Places like the High Street Social Club should be protected and cherished.

Me and my husband had our engagement party back here in December 2016 up stairs in the private function room, it's a great club if your wanting cheap drink and having a special occasion. Me & my family & friends had a great night it's a good size room and you can hire the room for £25 deposit & will get it back it nothing is damaged. The staff are lovely & very friendly would definitely have another party here again.
