Eilidh's Cakes and Gems — Restaurant in England

Had requested a Fiat 500 cake for daughter’s 18th birthday which was on the Monday, originally it was agreed I could collect cake then. On the Thursday before received a message to say cake was ready. When collecting the cake, the cake wasn’t what I had expected after sending a photo of what I wanted for inspiration along with photos of daughter’s actual car. The car was in a shape of what could be described as a squashed black cab, the lady tried to explain she did a cartoon appearance to the cake then later said she couldn’t do the exact copy to photograph due to copyrights, which was understandable. However it was also a cake I knew my daughter didn’t want displaying at her party. The cake was shared with friends and family that didn’t attend the party. The cake was quite dry, with not much filling and the royal icing quite thick on the outside, people had struggled to eat the cake which resulted a lot of the cake ending...

I'm not local to Telford, I was contacting different Cake makers and artists in the area looking for a cake to be delivered in the area.

Helen stood head and shoulders above the rest, great communications, took the time to have a conversation about what i was looking for and my goodness did she deliver an excellent bespoke cake!

Everything was perfect! The Cake was delicious and well decorated, the price was great and it was all completed on time which was a massive help since we placed our order with a very short time frame for the work to be completed (sorry!).
