order got accepted at 6:20pm. Received my order at 8:24pm. Estimated delivery was 45 minutes. I rang the restaurant to ask where my order was at 7:20pm, he said it would be 10 minutes driver on his way. No show by 7:55pm, rang again, he then said it wasn’t ready for delivery and will be 10 minutes. When arrived it was freezing cold like it had been sat in the car for over an hour, I rang the restaurant for the 3rd time and he was very rude to me, saying they are really busy and I should put it in the microwave, started shouting at me because I said delivery was 2hours, he denied this and I told him I have the proof in the email, which again he denied. I asked for a refund as I didn’t order cold food I then got shouted at once again by the man. He called me rude and obnoxious for asking for a refund for my food as they are busy, no offence but they shouldn’t accept orders if they aren’t going to deliver hot fresh food and on time that is not the customers fault. Once he said he was going to refund me he also said I am not aloud to order again he will never accept my orders as I am rude for complaining about my food which was cold. They are an absolute awful company...

So we moved to tarvin a bit out of the way but only one of 3 take aways that will deliver to us. We used them for a year and they started not to put the sauces on the kababs we asked for and payed extra for. So went to someone else, we loved fat boys used them so much when we lived in hoole, they have all ways been the best. So after a year tonight we ordered one, two kababs and 3 side chips £27, they came dropped off the kababs but no sides£20.40, the receipt just said two kababs but the online email had had all the sides £27 pounds spk to the man on the facetime and he said is that what the receipt said, but it wasn’t what the online receipt said or what had come out of my back, £27 came out of my bank, sent all the food back because it would be cold waiting for the sides to come. Make sure you have all your order before the driver leaves, after a few experiences they are trying to make money by not giving you all the food, showing the receipt they have on the bag but not what has been taken out from you bank, make sure pay cash, but then you can’t use the 10% at checkout. Make sure you don’t fall in to a tape...

DISGUSTING and that just their attitude. So this is a kebab house, so that is pretty much what they're going to be good at, right? Wrong......

Pretty simple order really. One large kebab. One mixed folded kebab and a cpl of pizzas.

In their brilliance what they actually sent was 2 just standard kebabs with not a fold in sight. (Yes they got the pizzas right....slow clap for that)

So mistakes happen no biggy let's fix this. Phone the shop back up and his attitude was tough, nothing he can do about it. Wasn't prepared to even listen just rude and aggressive throughout.

This is what you get for trying somewhere new.

Needless to say we will be sticking with the Caspian in Chester great...
