Pizza Hut Chester — Restaurant in England

Ordered a pizza and two sides which took over an hour to deliver. Then the driver could not find my house, even though I live on a residential street with two entrances. I received a £10 off as an apology. Fine. I then ordered a few days later at 6pm two pizzas and two sides, using the £10 off code that I had received. After an hour of waiting I phoned up to see where my pizza was - then I was told it would take another 45 minutes for them to get it to me. This would have meant I would be waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes for my order. I asked to cancel the order and to refund me. I was told to call customer services, which I did straight away. They gave me a reference code and said that the refund will be processed as I cancelled a while prior and had notified the shop where it was coming from. Then 2 hours and 20 minutes after I had placed the order (8:20pm) I heard a knock at the door, only to find my order had not been cancelled and it had arrived at my house. I rejected it from the delivery driver, stating how I had cancelled it over an hour prior, as I was told the wait would be 2 hours. He expressed shock at this and said he would have cancelled it himself. He then joked that he would eat my order in his car. I tried straight away to call the company to tell them that I had rejected it, so that if anything did happen to said order, I would not be charged still for it, after I had cancelled it an hour and twenty minutes earlier to its delivery. The shop then ignored my calls for over half an hour, sending me to an automated system constantly. There was no apology to reason given to why my order at 6pm would take 2 hours to make and deliver, as it is not peak time either. Will not be ordering from here again. I have never had such appalling service from any delivery...

Tonight weve had another awful experience, it’d been an hour waiting for our food when I got a call from the driver saying he had given us the wrong food, at this point we hadn’t been given any food at all though, he kept confirming our address and I kept telling him he hadn’t given us anything then next he hung up, I rang the store (took 3 attempts to get an answer) and unfortunately the person in the store barely speaks English and doesn’t seem to understand what you’re trying to tell them and just kept saying your delivery will be with you soon despite me explaining that the driver had just called saying he had given us the wrong food when in fact he hadn’t even turned up at our house yet, turns out he had took our food order and given it to someone else I imagine they were also ringing up and complaining too at this point, our order was in this persons house for nearly half and hour while all this is going on, he then went back got our food from this other house and brought it to us, aside from the fact that our order was completely cold by this point more importantly our food had obviously been opened by someone else in their house by this time, I rang to complain and let the store know this isn’t acceptable to basically be told it’s not their problem and ring an 0800 number that doesn’t even work as according to the automated recording since Covid Pizza Hut no longer have a phone line! Last week it took over 10calls to the store to find out where our order was after nearly 2hrs of waiting and being told it was on its way repeatedly that order finally turned up cold, after tonight I will never be bothering again, if you don’t want cold stale food that’s been in someone else’s house for half an hour before it gets to you I suggest avoiding Pizza...

Do not waist your money. Ordered off Uber eats and got a burnt pizza and items missing, the pizza tasted weird and more like bread than pizza. Pop was missing dips where missing, Pizza was burnt so I rang and they sent me another out which was also overcooked. Might just be this delivery store because Ive used pizzahut on and off for years and it was way better than Domino's. Not anymore the pizza crust is horrible and hard. I've put some pictures up. Also all black burnt bits from the oven all over the base not something I wanna be eating. If your gonna order ,order off deliveroo and get it delivered from the pizza hut restaurant not the delivery chains. The difference in quality is...
