This establishment was excellent under the previous ownership. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, there has been a noticeable decline in quality across several areas. Prices have increased, while the quality of ingredients has clearly diminished.

More concerningly, the accuracy of orders has become a recurring issue. Our last three orders have included missing ingredients, entire meals not being delivered, and requested changes being completely disregarded. Attempts to resolve these issues by calling the restaurant have been met with vague promises of compensation on future orders, none of which have been honoured.

The overall atmosphere has also shifted. Staff once appeared enthusiastic and the environment felt welcoming. Now, the mood seems consistently tense and rushed, which reflects in the service and food quality.

It's genuinely disappointing to witness the decline of a place that was once a reliable favourite. What used to be an enjoyable experience has now become one of repeated frustration and lowered...

Bad customer service! You used to get a choice of three free salad items per sandwich/wrap instead of two (which they changed recently and I had no clue). But today I was charged an extra of £0.50 for three black olives as I asked for my usual salad items! The lady who served me didn’t mention the change in price for the third salad item! When went to the counter to pay I did mention and she said things have changed but should have informed me before charging me! It’s not about paying an extra £0.50 but the principle! The portion size has massively reduced. Glad they got rid of extra plastic! Well I won’t be going back anymore. It’s a shame as they do nice range of products from sandwiches to salad to hot food now but it’s all down to customer service in the end. They are the face of the brand and today I had a very poor service! I’ll be going to subway now, at least they are generous with well...

The quality was excellent but the way the food is put together is disappointing I ordered a selection to try them out

The chicken bacon boss was cold I would assume that a £12 sandwich with fried chicken strips inside would at least be fresh cooked chicken strips making this a warm sandwich which would then be a delicious sandwich……otherwise cold not crispy chunks of old fried chicken is not very appealing

The steakhouse boss wrap too was cold and it included hickory bbq pulled pork which too was stone cold making this not very enjoyable

Then I made my own pastrami salt beef baguette which came exactly how I ordered and expected it too this was delicious straight out the box

The 8”luxury sausage roll was not that great either Heated it up and it was greasy
