Flamers Pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

The pizza ordered was soo cheesy and cold when finally delivered. Spoke to a lovely lady who said it’s not acceptable how the delivery man wouldn’t come in the lift to deliver the pizza and kept calling my mobile and hanging up,several times after calling the shop the lady put the manager on the phone who we spoke to twice as he confirmed the pizza will be with you and they have spoken to the driver who was at fault . Still no pizza, made another call to manger who said it won’t be cold and said said next time u will get a free pizza, they will have words with driver. (clearly heard with others in the room) Month later, spoke to manager & reminded him, nothing about free pizza, recapped his memory, he remembers and says no to free pizza, only free starters. If I wanted to collect my pizza I would have collected from the shop, but pizza was cold, bland & tasteless on arrival and told the manger the truth, never tasted a cold full of cheese bland pizza , & Will definitely not order again . I rather pay more and get a decent pizza from a well know place, big mistake trying out this new place. The only polite person was the lady who took the order. Considering the manager clearly said a free pizza & denied …it’s the policy to stick to what u said. I have read a few negative reviews too and wish I had read before ordering, not that the manager cares or bother what customers have to say as I told him I will write a review about what I experienced, he replied okay and end of conversation. Most reviews are negative(wonder why) if I could rate this place it would be embarrassing to even give 1star, considering the manger didnt care less. Flamin' eck! Decided to try Flamers as they were better on price than the big franchises and the only ones that seemed offer a 18" Pizza!

Reasonable priced, they did not disappoint either, the pizzas were huge, tasty and a good evenly spread of toppings to boot!

We knew that the delivery would take up to 45mins, being where we were that night, so expected to wait but worth it in the end - completely stuffed, will use...

""rochester site"" whoever sliced my 7 pizza orders up last nite costing £50.95p with 50% off 19/06/18 needs to be sent for training, every box had been stupidly sliced, all boxes 15" had a pizza outer end no thicker than 2 fingers together then same other end had one slice a quarter of the box . how stupid is that, to make things worse flamers dont have a email address or head office to...
