Golden Phoenix — Restaurant in England

Absolutely amazing - we're used to eating fresh traditional Chinese food and golden phoenix did not disappoint! All of our seafood was as fresh as can be, the roast duck was one of the best we have ever tried (and we have had really good duck!), and the beef brisket clay pot dish was rich, flavourful & juicy.

We ate: half roast duck steamed garlic vermicelli king prawns chilli & garlic crab beef brisket (flank) sizzling clay pot garlic choi sum

There were lots of great western options on the menu too, if you're looking for some amazing authentic Chinese food in Crewe, make sure you give them a visit.

Having recently moved from Manchester, its been difficult to find a Chinese that hits the right spot for both authentic and western cuisine - however, I'm glad to have found golden phoenix, it was perfect! The food was amazing, wasn't expensive and had generous delicious portions sizes too ! Bonus points, it's only 2 minutes walk from Crewe town centre, (just past the NatWest bank)!

Placed an order through their website at 8pm, delivery was supposed to be 55 minutes. At quarter past 9 I tried phoning the golden phoenix 10 calls later they finally answer, didn't really know what was happening eventually got told 5 minutes. It was dropped at the door and the driver was back at his car by the time I opened the door. Bbq spare ribs special chow mein and a bottle of diet Pepsi was ordered the food was just warm and the bottle of pop was swapped for 2 cans of Pepsi max and 2 Pepsi max cherry flavour, we don't even like cherry flavour. DEFINITELY NOT USING THIS...
