We work locally and go Greggs every day but today utterly disappointed by disgraceful behaviour from the staff where he refused to serve if I don’t say PLEASE. He did not even greet and said hello when I approached the till and he expected me to say Please before he served me.
This is basic customer service ethics that you say hello to your customers but instead he was demanding this from customer and refusing to serve .
