Greggs — Restaurant in England

Don’t know what’s going on with this place but whoever is in charge of making the food (guessing the manager) is skimping on fillings big time. Every time I’ve been especially past few months, the baguettes have next to no filling and the steak bakes are very flat with hardly any steak, just a bit of gravy and some fat (see attached pics). Every other Greggs seems to be ok, plenty fillings. To top it off the coffee always tastes weird compared to other Greggs (don’t know if machine needs cleaning or servicing or if they are using old beans or something ) and the coffee is usually lukewarm at best. When in on Saturday 9/3/24 sign on the door cash only, no problem with this things go wrong went to get cash. Walked in person behind counter barked at me cash only, I ordered had to ask if they had what I wanted as signs were missing ordered 3 items they were just pulled out I wasn’t told which was which they were just put in a bag while she was serving me someone else walked in they also got barked at cash only. Been this morning one person was in front of me (drive thru) i had to wait 5 mins to give my order in of which no apology was given for my wait ....i spoke with lady served me n she replied she had loads of jobs to do still no apology even though she was pleasent, I asked for brown sauce on my sandwich and recieved red, i had got to my next destination so im not going to return !! Maybe nerves or incompetance but staff training urgently needed if Greggs planning more...
