Greggs — Restaurant in England

Called on Today, just missed Breakfast at 11.25am, asked for a warm sausage roll, charged £1.50, and just got outside took a bite It was freezing cold, not even luke warm. Went back in spoke to the young man, asked it he could warm it up, he refused and walked off, the lady who served me informed me there was nothing warm available, she did offer me a hot drink, which I don't like. Needless to say, left the cold sausage roll on the counter £1.50 out of pocket. Customer service is non-existent. If I was informed the rolls were cold, I wouldn't have...

Had a "hot" sausage roll, wasnt even tepid, it was disgusting and tasteless. Got a cake as well and again not good just sugar, no real taste Was so bad I couldn't eat any of the food. I actually went on with my journey and stopped off at a proper cafe later NOT a Greggs. Won't be using this Greggs again. The bigger Gregg's get the lower the quality and higher the prices.

Why not be allowed the option of zero stars ????? My recommendation is - GIVE THIS...

No sausage rolls again today so ordered two cakes. Then noticed where the cakes had come from there were way too many flies. Got told they hadn't been on my cakes.
