Greggs — Restaurant in England

Just stopped and saw there were 4 sausage rolls left with a few other pasties etc… asked the lady working if we could have sausage rolls warmed for the children, to be told no, so after a few minutes of looking around the kids decided they’d have them cold. Went back to the desk as they were being bagged up to be told she’d closed 4 minutes ago and I couldn’t purchase them and she said she was putting them in the bin! I asked if I could buy them and she threw them in the bin! Wow! Great customer service! If I could give zero...

Very handy place to stop for a snack. Just between the M50 and Ross On Wye on the A449. Plenty of parking also with a Spa shop and fuel station.

Called in several times over the years and always had a experience.

I called in for a bacon sandwich and was served quickly even though there was several people in front of me. Perfectly cooked and very enjoyable.

What appalling service! Freezing, rock solid food. Take it back to be replaced and they can't take back because of covid..ok thats completely understandable but give us fresh ,warm food that your putting out as talking to you about freezing the food is!
