Burger King — Restaurant in Great Britain

Rubbish. everywhere. This is probably the worst bk i have ever been to in my life! Me and my family walk in and instantly our happy mood dropped. There was trash in all sorts of places and no tables were free from trash, we thought we would be okay and just find a table and put what ever trash on the table into the bin but unfortunately we couldn't find a bin anywhere because there was only one little bin right by the front door away from where people ate their food. Speaking of the food it was difficult to order using the screens and the staff were too mardy to help properly. After a while of waiting we finally got our food and the plantbased whopper we got was nice but half of my fries were a brown colour, the drink was good though but it was only a little cold like it had been out for a bit just before it hit room temperature. There was music playing but it was terrible, it felt like it was going on forever and some people in my family were covering their ears to try to block out the awful music, it was so stressful listening to it and my anxiety was through the roof. I had an awful stomach ache and felt sick in this place so before we left i went to the toilet. The ladies had a sign saying 'out of order, use disabled toilets' but when i went in the disabled there was litter swept away in corners and the floor looked very dirty. There was also ABSOLUTELY NO toilet paper anywhere and NO SOAP!! I felt discusting walking out and the second we left and the door shut silencing the music and the fresh air surrounded us i finally felt better. I will still never get over this experience and will never be returning. Another thing to note was i heard there is supposed to be a toy with kids meals but we received none when we ordered one, we asked the person at the counter and he said in a mardy tone 'here' and shrugged pointing to the kids meal so we just assumed they dont do them anymore. I had fantastic help from Jamie at Ross on Wye burger King, the place was spotless and clean outside aswell. I was really hungry when I went in and ordered my whopper, however when I took a bite it wasn't warm at all. As I was hungry I ate it, I then went on to fill out the online survey and was honest. The place was fantastic, staff were great and helpful and the place was clean as anything. I went and told Jamie what I had done and he was fine, I said don't worry about it as I've eaten it as I was hungry. Then the manageress appeared with the most unprofessional rude attitude I've ever come across, in my opinion you should sack her as she has no people skills as I dared to say anything about her food. Jamie was great and professional all the way through, he did offer me another burger but I declined, he did give me an ice cream for my wife and to show that I wasn't just out for a freebie I gave him my receipt with the online code on it to get a free burger. One touch screen order point not working correctly, could not choose meal size. Went to second touch screen, that was working normally however due to getting distracted telling other patrons the touch screen was not working properly I ended up not adding cheese to the whopper. Front counter of restaurant was filthy. Dropped French fry bags on the kitchen floor. Members of staff in kitchen with not hair covering on. (A previous visit a member of "staff" didn't even have uniform on and made 3 mistakes just taking the order). Long queues at the drive thru, hence when I went in the store. When double checking customisation of double cheeseburger took a while to get attention of member of staff. When I spoke to him he then spoke to kitchen staff who had already made burger, incorrect burger thrown into bin and new one made.
