I will never be ordering take out from this place again. The customer service is very poor and there’s no customer care at all. I ordered food about an hour ago and found a hair in my wrap. I brought it in to show them and speak to the manager and they all went round the back laughing and talking about it, the manager was in no rush to sort the problem out, apart from the girl that was at the front, respect goes to her. One of the male managers walked past and asked what the problem was and I explained that there was a hair in my food and he didn’t say anything and walked away. The female manager that came round from the kitchen came over to speak to me and I wasn’t happy with this as I know it was her blonde hair that was in my food and I know this because she was round the kitchen when I first walked in and everyone else that was in the kitchen was male and had dark hair. So, I asked if I could speak to the other manager as I wasn’t happy to speak to her and his response was that he’s “too busy”. Which I think is absolutely disgusting, to handle a complaint like that and say you’re too busy to speak is out of order. I just think the customer service throughout this company is absolutely disgusting. I’ve only experienced one great manager at this place and that was Jake. The rest of them have such foul attitudes when it comes to customer complaints and speaking to customers in a polite manner, is so foul. These managers are supposed to be representing the company and they’re doing a great job of that lol! You’re losing customers on customers because these people don’t know how to talk to customers. They should not be managers of a company with foul talk like that. In all fairness, the lovely girl at the front went round and made me another one but, at this point I wasn’t happy to take it as I wasn’t sure what foul play would be done to it after the first time and the fact that none of the managers had this same attitude was...

I saw a view on the this site about hair in the food and managers being rude and disrespectful to the customer however this was not what actually occurred . I was in the store at the time this customer ordered and the young lady manager was at walking around the front area on an electronic tablet . Not in the kitchen like the customer claims. Once the customer complained to the girl with blue hair at the front area the girl got the young lady manager but before the poor girl could even speak the woman was swearing and shouting in her face saying it was her fault. At the front was a boy with blonde hair who was also running in and out of the kitchen area! So accusing the girl of putting hair in the food is utterly unfair !! . The poor girl was trying to help the customer but instead the customer was shouting and swearing and saying she wanted another manager when none was available. Utter disgrace!!! the lady manager looked no older than 20 and spoke very kindly to this customer. Read moreI recently visited KFC in Dunstable and had an extremely disappointing experience. The manager spent most of the time on his phone instead of supervising staff or checking orders. I ordered a 60-piece popcorn bucket but was given around 35 pieces, which is 25 short. When I asked for the missing items, staff refused. I saw another customer experience the similar issues and shortage, yet they were given their missing items without question. The only difference I noticed between us was that the other customer appeared to share the same religion and background as the staff and manager, who were Muslim. This has led me to believe that I may have been treated unfairly due to bias. They chatted outside as they know each other and give out few things for free. Yes this restaurant is marked as 100% Halal Certified. No wonder why it taste awful.
The food I did receive was lukewarm and poorly presented, and the restaurant itself did not appear clean. This is not the standard I expect from KFC and certainly not worth the price. I hope management addresses these...
