A busy medical surgery, I had a good experience from the time of arrival until my departure. I found the reception staff are very helpful, approachable and proffesional, despite being so busy. Always taking the time to explain and showing empathy and patience in dealing with an ever demanding public. The healthcare staff I found helpful and reassuring. Parking is not great here, normally there are drug addicts and alcoholics through the day and evening time but due to covid they don't seem to be there anymore. Having been raised in dunstable I can safely say most of the year this place is quite depressing and dirty having many times walked round this area to find used syringes. This place doesn't have a closing time either.... No idea where you got 18.00 everyday and closed on Sundays..... There is a public footpath that runs through the grounds..... 24 hour access 365...

Tried to request medication on Monday and was told my prescription was removed by someone at the surgery and said it would be sorted out and I’d have them by Thursday as I had tablets to only last me until Wednesday and I still haven’t received them. Every time I call the receptions do nothing other than interrupt me and are very rude. I still haven’t got my tablets but luckily thanks to an amazing pharmacy it is getting sorted.
