Ordered the triple cheese burger and their new spicy crunchy chicken burger and wrap. I have to say their triple cheese burger is one of my favourite beef burgers I've ever tried. Its just the perfect combination. Had mustard, ketchup, lettuce inside and just tastes 10/10 so juicy and paired with their waffle fries its an elite combo 😍 I always get their Chipotle mayo sauce dip for my fries. Oooh and their tropical cooler is amazing!! Will definitely order that during summer. The new spicy crunchy range... I'll be honest the wrap was way better and much spicier than fhe burger. I really enjoyed the wrap and shocked how spicy it got the more I bit into. As someone who has naga chillies often and foods mixed with them this caught me off guard as I thought it'd be just plain jalapeños and maybe a sweet chilli sauce but NOPE it actually gives you a decent kick!🔥😳 The burger had nothing to differentiate from the normal chicken burgers other than just jalapeños. I would get the wrap next time and ofcourse the triple cheese burger. The staff were lovely enough to chuck in 2 free doughnuts which i was very confused at first, thinking I maybe got the wrong order, but after checking ghe items I realised they had given them complimentary as it was very late and almost closing time so didn't want to waste throwing away all that excess food. Which I love when businesses do this. Give to homeless or last few customers or let staff take home instead of just throwing and wasting perfectly good food!

Many years ago, when I was in Canada, I really liked Tim Horton's because the food was delicious and the prices were affordable. Although I'm not sure if the prices have gone up now, I find the prices in the UK to be a bit expensive. I ordered a combo meal, which cost around nine pounds or so, I don't quite remember the exact price. For the drink, I got an Iced French Vanilla, and the coffee was really good; I liked it a lot. The burger was the Tims® Crispy Chicken Stack with Lattice Fries. The Crispy Chicken Stack was quite ordinary, without any particularly impressive flavors or textures. The Lattice Fries were unique; you don't often see them at fast-food restaurants. However, I would recommend trying the Nacho Chilli Cheese Loaded Lattice Fries; my husband said they were better. Overall, the combo meal was a bit pricey at over nine pounds, but the coffee left a lasting impression on me. Besides Starbucks, it would be my second choice for buying coffee.

Was excited to try the famous Tim Hortons and this one is in a good location within a retail park with lots of parking and they also have a drive thru. Plenty of seating inside, appears not to accept cash and ordering is via screens. We wanted to try some of the doughnuts but there didn't appear to have a six box option for a mixed variety of the 2 types (deluxe and standard). The ones we wanted to try were from both ranges so we just decided to try the caramel apple fritter (delicious) and the honey cruller (would not get again). Total for both doughnuts was over £5 so not the cheapest doughnuts out there. I believe the standard range is over £2 per doughnut and the deluxe range is over £3 per doughnut. Obviously cheaper to get a box but only if you get all from 1 range. It will be interesting to try the main menu at some point to see how they compare.

I came here last night to pick up a too good to go and to be completely honest I’m disgusted with the service I received by the manager. We are quite regular too good to go collectors at this specific tim hortons and usually there service is pretty good. When you would usually come to collect too good to go you do have to go inside the building to collect, but I come with a wheelchair user so we normally have to explain a bit and then come round to the window in the drive thru and it’s usually nice and easy. Yesterday however was not how this worked……… we explained like normal through the speaker at the drive thru and after explaining and explaining the manager cut me off while I was speaking and said “drive round” so I drove round to the window and began to explain again. The manager wanted me (carer) to leave the person I’m caring for in the car on her own for me to run in and grab some doughnuts. The manager wanted us to prove that we picked it up from the drive thru on our last few visits and of course we couldn’t prove that and it was getting to the point that we are trying to explain a disability that should NOT need explaining in the first place. We had a blue badge, a nimbus card and explained various times, i am the carer and they cannot be unattended for various safety reasons and apparently that wasn’t good enough. it wasn’t until we had to unnecessarily explain in detail what would happen if they were left on there own and how unsafe it would be that he finally handed us out the doughnuts (which were a couple steps away from him). When we came to pick this up last night it was 11:30pm and it was silent there were no customers in the shop and none in the drive thru so there was zero hold up except for the service we received. It should have NOT have come to this. The lack of understanding, accessibility and inclusivity is unacceptable am very disappointed in the...

I have visited this branch on 2 occasions. One for breakfast and one for lunch. On my first visit i walked through the door to see 6 male members of staff doing absolutely nothing but messing about which is very off putting. I made my order of one sausage and egg stack meal and one bacon roll meal most of which went in the bin apart from the bacon roll. The sausage and egg stack had no taste whatsoever, the hash browns were pure white and soggy also inedible. I then made the mistake of visiting the toilets, i am disabled but couldnt use the disabled toilet because it was broke and full up with stock. Good job i dont use a wheel chair because i would never of got it in so i went and used the other toilets. The floor was black and soaking wet, the sinks had a brown ring round the bottom of them and the soap dispenser had no soap. So i thought dont be put off ill give the place another try. So i went for lunch today. Stood in the queue, was waiting to be served at the till by a nice friendly girl called courts. But before i got to the till a male worker called Akhil removed the young girl from the till by pointing his finger and told her to get out the way. Which i found very rude and ignorant. There was a man in front of me and placed his order, and then i placed my order before i received my order the man who was in front of me returned and said his order was wrong and asked for a refund for an extra meal that he didnt order. The man who served us was very rude, refused to give him a refund even though it was his mistake and offered him a free doughnut instead. Which is totally disgusting and a rip-off. He also got my order wrong i couldnt be bothered with his attitude so all i will say is i wont...
