My overall experience of Greggs is pretty much a 5-Star experience, however, the Greggs at the Spaldwick Applegreen services on the A14 fell below par. Granted, at half 7 in the morning I'm not at my most mentally capable, but I do understand my left and right which should be a basic requirement to work at Greggs. The attendee despite me clearly stating I would like the cinnamon roll on his right, decided to go for my right, leaving me with a crusty half-arsed pastry. It didn't stop there, he then proceeded to hand over a COLD sausage roll. I know Greggs don't have a legal obligation to serve their pastry hot, but I would've at least hoped for Luke warm. I get that it’s not the wee lasses behind the counter at fault, but canny you all make some effort into keeping the bakes WARM!?!??!!! SECONDLY, why is the lady with the white hair so rude to her staff??????? Always overhear nagging, screaming, bickering, FROM HER BLOODY END, I don’t like it. It’s distressing; as a victim of PTSD with my abusive ex wife, loud noises make me triggered VERY easily, and the little white haired lass has caused NUMERAL flashbacks.
