Disgusted My child was trying to find a bottle of coke with her name on it Your rude condescending thing told my child "DO NOT MOVE THE COKE UNLESS YOU PUT IT BACK" in a very loud and commanding tone So I replied "you are selling bottles of coke with names on what do you think will happen" She replied "THATS WHY I TELL THEM" Even came from behind the counter to get right up in our personal space Do NOT sell named bottles of coke UNLESS you expect children to move them She most definitely had an agenda Execution in the way we talk is everything especially when talking to a child I don't like crime but now I'm quite neutral everyone is helping themselves to free Gregg's on...

I have always been satisfied with the quality of your products and the service of staff over the years so thank you for that I really appreciate it.

Since you have introduced "Just Eat" the quality of product and excellent customer service has been lost. The staff can't cope and your ability to provide customers service and product availability isn't happening. I also believe giving priority to the "Just Eat" drivers is an insult to your existing regular customers.

Would it be better if you had a premises that was set up purely for the "Just Eat" uses!?

I visited in the morning and got food for a day out. It was pretty decent food from the fridge. The warm food was as expected I don't find it anything to write home about but it wasn't too bad. Staff were cordial and did their job but it was not outstanding. Just ok. I'm curious how you would generate exceptional service in a minimum wage environment without a meaningful incentive if that is the case. If mediocrity or just above, is a level the whole chain aims for, then perhaps they are successful. Would I return?...
