My 1st visit, I was unfortunately in a real rush. Thankfully, I was the only customer in there. I asked for a boba tea with no ice and apologised for being in a rush. They were packing a couple of orders for delivery and I was told "it's okay, you'll be on time". It took a while, but finally got my boba..... including ice.🙄 I put it down to me rushing them and continued my day. The taste was pretty dull/diluted. Went back again a few days later to try again. Only 1 customer already sat in the shop, so I was lucky they weren't busy. I asked if I could drink at one of their tables "of course, no problem". I asked for a watermelon fruit Boba and honestly can't recall what pearls I asked for. Again, I asked for no ice. Then I noticed they did slushy boba, which was new to me. I asked him to surprise me with the flavour. "But not bubblegum please'. He asked what flavour bubbles and again I said "just please surprise me, I like all except for the bubblegum ". He nodded with a smile and asked me to take a seat. What I got was a bubblegum slushy.....and a "watermelon " fruit Boba, with ice. The watermelon was barely noticeable in taste and no clue what the bubbles were. Their competition is less than 3min walk from them. You can get a larger boba, with a stronger and more definite taste , as well as a large cup being larger AND for slightly less with their competition shop. My first time here the other day. The food was great and arrived reasonably quick. When ordering at the till, the lady on the till I found to be really quite rude. I asked her about an ingredient and did not understand what she was saying and asked her to repeat, it was almost like she was offended that she had to repeat herself which was extremely unpleasant and condescending. I think constructively as a new business you should be more than happy to repeat yourself so your customers have a good understand of what they are paying you for. Also - there was nobody behind me so there really was no rush or issue with her giving a friendlier service. I also found the lack of music and constant banging of dishes quite uncomfortable. Used to love ordering the Sundeas from there mainly the hot fudge cake. A couple of times ago they used nuttella sauce. Which isn't stated anywhere on the description. We gave them a secound chance and wrote no nuttella and was fine for the next few times. Then tonight we ordered from here again. Still writing no nuttella and they used it again. So going to stop coming here. Just a heads up if you have nut allege or you just don't...
