Jenny's Restaurants - Kettering — Restaurant in England

Very poor quality food and menu doesn't say exactly what is included, if I remember correctly it's 5 or so pages long not easy to make a choice when having to flick between pages. My Misses had basic ham and cheese panini it came with green, red and yellow peppers sliced in it, not ok when you don't like them and no mention on the menu they were included, lucky they were easy to pick off and I liked them, they were fresh on the plus side. Slightly expensive compared other nearby café, omelette breakfast came as a cheese omelette I was expecting plain even though the menu never said it was either, the cheese was that cheep take away pizza cheese which was impossible to cut fully I had to roll it round my fork till it broke plus it had small pools of cooking oil still on it, and a major put off was finding a single piece of ham inside the omelette as I was just finishing it, I can only imagine that they don't clean whatever was used to mix/make it. The place was visually clean and the staff was friendly and smiling but we won't be returning to try...

Worst meal I have ever head in my life, can’t speak for atmosphere and service as I’ve ordered home but the food was absolutely awful. Steak cut to shreds, ordered it medium rare and arrived well done, uneatable. In fact, it was so well done it was not even well done, it was congratulations. It literally felt like I was eating the sole of a shoe. Bland, no seasoning whatsoever, mushrooms tasted like they were cooked, frozen and cooked again in 2 weeks old cooking oil...

Went in with a friend to have breakfast as was told it was nice, we got a £3.95 plate which was half a plate of beans, 1 slice of bacon, 1 (supposed) sausage, a slice of black pudding and a slice of toast. I took one bite of the sausage and couldn't believe the taste, never tasted any sausage like that, cheap and nasty. The bacon was cheap and fatty, even the beans were watery. Worst breakfast I've ever had and will not be...
